Most likely you are searching for a nice Pointer puppy to become your companion
and hunting partner or maybe a puppy to help improve your Pointer bloodline.
Which ever case, I will do my best to find the perfect puppy for your needs.
Our Pointer females are not just some dogs that we quickly threw together to
raise puppies. Our Pointer females represent years of selective line breeding.
Some were bred by us and some by seriously dedicated breeders working to improve
the Pointer breed. We are extremely proud of our Pointers, especially the
mother dogs. Each of our females was chosen because she possessed a very
special trait or traits that fit within the mold or standard we have set for our
Pointers.
Numark Kennel uses every opportunity to
improve our base breeding stock. Each resident female was chosen for her strong
attributes as a leading class shooting dog. Sportsmen in several
states are aware of the quality hunting dogs we have as mothers to our puppies.
Some of our females have several brothers and sisters who are well known field
champions. Some of our Pointers have competed in top level conformation competition
at Eukanuba and Westminster, winning awards of Merit. Westminster represents the very
best in conformation. Whether you are wanting to compete in top level
field events or try your hand in conformation events, our puppies have the
background breeding to successfully get you there. One of the old time top Pointer breeders
in the country had an old saying: "Quality doesn't cost, it pays." We have
priced our puppies very reasonably for the quality that you receive.

Numark Kennel is having a banner year. We have puppies arriving
monthly through June 16th, and that will conclude our breeding for 2010. The selection of Pointer
puppies for you to choose from is excellent. Our breeding program
has continued to
improve each year and we take great pride in the fact that many of our customers
have contacted us expressing their gratitude and thanking us for providing them
with a superior quality Pointer puppy. We have been breeding and raising
Pointer puppies since 1965. We incorporated as Numark Kennel in 1971 and
registered the kennel name with the American Field Dog Stud Book in 1971.
Many of you have probably noticed the large number of Pointer breeders, in
existence today. One of the optimum sites for listing sporting dogs for
sale is Gundog.com.
Recently, I counted over 50 Pointer breeders listed on Gundog and there
are probably more by now. Many of these kennels have only been
listed in the past few months.
Gundog is just one site. New kennels are springing up like surprise lilies.
When choosing a Pointer
breeder or kennel, do your home work first. Research the kennel and how long the kennel has
been in business. Check out what it has produced significantly in the way of champions.
Ask about a health warranty for the puppies they sell. Does the kennel and
owner have a reputation for fair dealing. I think most importantly,
you should visit the kennel,
before you buy. There are major differences, not only in how the kennel is
operated, but also in the breeding stock, the facilities, the quality of care
given to the dogs and facilities, and the list continues on. Ask to see
the sire and dam in the field.
We cordially invite you to visit us in person. You will quickly find why
our puppies and facilities set us apart from most breeding kennels. Web
sites and words can easily be arranged to portray an image that doesn't exist.
Beware of sights that avoid showing their facilities on their web site or don't
offer a written warranty on their puppies. Words are cheap. You may not be
logistically located to visit our kennel, but try to visit the kennels that you are seriously considering buying.
I believe you will be very surprised to see how the quality
can significantly differ from one breeder to another.
Constant sanitation is imperative for raising top quality puppies. Does the kennel have qualified full time attendants available 24 hours per day and seven days per week? Are the kennels disinfected daily and washed at least a minimum of twice per day? We believe you will recognize in only minutes, why our puppies have a definite health advantage that sets them apart from most other breeders. We strive to set the standard and would like to know where you can find healthier, stronger, better quality puppies. Usually, a puppy's eyes are a good source in determining not only its health, but also its intelligence and disposition.
We all realize the
importance of Genetics, but a reputable breeder also realizes the importance of
providing puppies with a sanitary ideal environment. A poor environment can be
devastating to a puppy's beginning and its ability to development
physically and mentally.
Again, remember the slogan used years ago by Herb Holmes of Gunsmoke Kennels, a
well known Pointer breeder: "Quality
doesn't cost, it pays."

Champion Numark Jim Dandy and Fibber's Southern Belle

The dam is Fibber's Southern
Belle, by Champion Elhew Fibber McGee and Pinebloom's Meg. Belle is an
outstanding bird dog. She has several Champion litter mates. Her
mother, Pinebloom's
Meg is by 7 x Champion Silverwood. The DNA sire is Numark Jim Dandy.
He is a perfect example of a medium range foot hunting dog. Easy to
handle, tremendous desire to find and point game, runs and points with a high
head, nice cracking tail, and a great companion dog. Jimmy is a strong
built Pointer and is very similar to the Elhew dogs in stature. He is
light on his feet and very fast for 68 pounds. His main purpose is bird
hunting, but I should mention that he is a show champion and comes from the
world famous Fowington and Crookrise lines in the U.K. His sire is Ch.
Alydar Day Tripper and his dam is Ch. Fowington Isla from Scotland. These
are exceptionally beautiful Pointers with excellent conformation and a strong
desire to hunt. Males $600.00

Flashpan and Molly McGee
The dam is Molly McGee by Ch. Elhew Fibber
McGee and Midnite Mountain Annie. Molly is another superior shooting dog
with great looks. She was trained by Mike Stevens of Coffeyville, Mississippi
and we were very fortunate to be able to purchase her from Mike and Mr. Barry
McCuen of Morrilton, Arkansas. Barry had hand picked Molly and also
Fibber's Southern Belle as first picks of each litter. These are well trained gundogs with short
poker twelve o'clock tails. Both female's mothers are producers of
several fine champion shooting dogs. One of Molly's in particular is 10 x
Shooting Dog Champion Sugarknoll Buckshot.
Whelped on June 10th.
One choice white bodied male with orange head and black nose. available. High

I hope you don't mind me keeping you up with your Rocky, my Tuxedo dog.
He has been at my trainer for about 3 months now and yesterday the trainer
called and tried to buy him from me ! When he realized that I would not
sell him, the trainer told me that he is the best dog he had ever trained !!!
And he had trained 100's. Said Tux had an unbelievable nose and gorgeous
style on point ! Said he was a joy to work and he had never seen one as
nice as him .
Lastly, your 2 pups are truly amazing. So intelligent.
I run them every day off my Polaris with the older dogs. They hold their own !!
Handle to my voice, etc. Have straight high tails.
